Exchange Product Guidelines
Here are the Exchange Product Guidelines for swimwear:
- Exchange Eligibility:
- Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- The hygiene liner must be intact, and all tags must be attached.
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer service with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange or fill out the form.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- You may select a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
- Non-Eligible Items:
- Customized or personalized swimwear.
- Items purchased during a sale or clearance event.
- Swimwear that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping.
- Processing Time:
- Once we receive the returned item, exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.

- International Exchanges:
